“Heroes represent the best of ourselves, respecting that we are human beings. A hero can be anyone from Gandhi to the classroom teacher, anyone who can show courage when faced with a problem. A hero is someone who is willing to help others in his or her best capacity.”
Ricky Martin has expressed the true meaning of teaching; it is to endlessly polish one's skills to reach the peak of excellence. There was a period when a traditional teacher would hide at the back of lecture, grade, practice, test and moving on to next topic. Traditional teaching kills the fun of learning.  It is now even hard to see a class built on only reading and writing, in which kids are just a inactive recipient with no any active involvement. Teaching is a first-class job and as a teacher the person need to be on the toes constantly to cope with the fast changing mode of education. It is very important for the teachers to learn effective teaching skills. Because a good educator never wants his/ her students to be taught through a messed up way of education which uses back dated approaches and course of study standards.

Teachers should get their responsibilities seriously and try to give high quality teaching to students from every level of the society. Now there is an attempt for improvement teaching methods which can be more like having lead in pencil with the suitable involvement of students and teachers. Therefore, there is a diverse range of teacher training courses obtainable by the internationally credited institutions which generally unlatches the door for going in a foreign country. TEFL course which is especially designed for the ESL teachers. TEFL course prepares the candidate to teach non-native speakers of English efficiently.  It helps one to narrow the communication gap between the TEFL teacher and students which even the experienced teachers might find it tougher. The language problem makes the students feel ill at ease to clarify their inquiry or send forth their point view regarding a topic. Though there is a huge number of striving novices who are crowding for the position of a teaching job around the globe but the necessity of an experienced teacher is always there. English language teachers with a TEFL certificate are always favoured by employers than those without any TEFL certification.Hence a TEFL certified teacher of English to speakers of other languages can easily discover huge career opening in different parts of the world.
