Homework plays a significant role in child studies as it is an assignment given by the school and tuition teachers to test the learning skills and attentiveness of the students. So, parents should take an interest in helping their kids with homework by supporting their strengths and weaknesses and also focus on resolving the difficulties along with teachers.

Plan a day schedule:
If the kids, spend their whole day in the studies, then they feel bored and stressed and could not focus on the studies. So, the parents should plan a day schedule which includes enjoyment like playing hours, studies hours and development activities.
Provides friendly environment:
Kids are quick learner. They always follow their parents, teachers and elders. At home, kids always enact their teachers and teaches their parents, which aid them in memorizing the concept and also makes them enjoy. So, parents should actively participate with their children and also provide them with sufficient with their requirements like paper, pencils, glue, scissors, chalk and subject charts.
Maintain Interactions with teachers:
Always participates in parent-teacher meeting and have an interaction with teachers, which helps in knowing your child's progress. And you can also seek their suggestion for the improvement areas of your children.
The kids are always moody and gets distracted easily with a minor disturbance. During their study hours, avoid distractions like television, phone calls, loud music and also disturbances from your side.
Ensure only kids do their homework:
From our mistakes, we learn many things. The parents should not do your child's assignments as it makes them dull, lazy and inactive. Always support and guide them in doing their homework, which encourages them and also builds their self-confidence, they learn from their own mistakes.
Motivate and monitor:
Keep checking their books, to know their daily activities and performance in the school. Act as a motivator by playing with them subject related quiz. Always monitor their assignments, tests and homework completion. Always provide your time for their concerns and questions.
Appreciate their work:
Parents should support and encourage their children's work like using praising words, keeping their project visible at home or allowing them to do new tasks of their own interest which helps them in increasing their thinking power and also motivates them.
If you are unable to motivate or solve your child problem, then need to seek help from your child's teacher. As some kids get confused in alphabets, easily distracted, faces trouble in seeing the board due to eye sight problem or need more attention.
