Third- Narrow your search criteria to a particular city within the country
Now narrow down to city and within the city try to find out if you can satisfy your needs. For example if you love to have foods of your home countries find if you can find cuisines that can satisfy your tastes. If you love to be in large cities then London is the city of choice and for smaller cities oxford is the best option.
