Mixed-up or jumbled sentences has long been a common, effective method used by ESL teachers around the world to test their students' ability to rearrange a series of words and correctly form them into a sentence. In my experience, most students dislike having to do this. They often find it difficult and hard to comprehend. It is also quite boring for them.

Of course, English is essential and IELTS is designed for the same purpose. By definition, a verb is a word that describes an occurrence of an action. It also explains the current situation of the person, thing or an object. This word "verb" is from Latin word verbum and it means "word". Without verbs, your sentence seems useless and cannot elaborate true meaning to the reader or listener.
TEFL is an acronym for Teaching English as a Foreign Language and is used when talking about teaching people who do NOT live in English speaking countries. On the other hand, Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) is used when talking about teaching English to people who do not speak it natively but DO live in an English speaking country.
