Giving our favorite teachers greeting cards during Teacher Appreciation Week 2009 is one of the recommendable ways to do in order to appreciate their efforts. However, when preparing for your cards you should be able to present a very nice and well layout cards. If you just merely give simple cards it will only be useless and no meaning at all. At least your teacher will smile when they see and read your greeting cards. Take this advice and start designing your own greetings card.

1. Know what your teacher likes - This is very important if you want to know in which part you can make her/him happy. Since you are to give a greeting card you should be able to understand carefully what makes her happy. For example, if the teacher is a woman and she likes ice cream you need to make a greeting related to ice cream. Whether it's a joke or not it will surely make her happy. This means you have to conduct a thorough survey of what your teacher really likes so that you can have a good picture what to organize in your greeting card.

2. Add pictures of ice cream - In the card you can also add pictures of ice cream cones which are very tempting. This will invite the teacher reading this to laugh because she enjoys reading your thoughts. Just remember to get the likes of the teachers so that you can make a very presentable and likeable card too. The greeting card that you give to your favorite teacher doesn't need to be costly because what is important is what comes from the heart.

3. Make a poem if you can - If you can make a rhyme that of the messages you have organized in the card that would be great because rhyming will add glitter to you messages like a very special personal poem.
