One of the greatest hindrances to ESL coaching is Teacher Talk Time (TTT). Teacher Talk Time is the amount of time that a teacher spends talking in the class. The education system in Korea is unique to say the least. It's hard to find other countries that have a more competitive academic ladder to climb than here. Testing starts in elementary school which determines the quality of the middle school the child will attend.
